The building of recent construction has been taken care of with all materials typical of the Umbrian tradition, wisely employed and worked, to realize a really beautiful, functional and rich structure.  The farmhouse is divided into the basement, ground and first floor, and connects to the splendid tower distributed over 4 floors, which makes the structure unique and characteristic.  In addition to the residential building we have another building intended for remittance cars/cellar/laundry and a tool shed.   All buildings are made of exposed stone with bricks at the corners.   The floors are all made with handmade terracotta tiles.  The ceilings are all made of chestnut beams and overlaid by handmade terracotta tiles.  All internal and external fixtures are made of chestnut wood made by local craftsman.
