The Casale is located in a small village in the Assisi countryside, very close to the natural park of Mount Subasio,  and only at 6 kilometres from Assisi, where you can find all kind of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, railway station, bank, medical center, bars, restaurants, fuel supplies , tobacco shops.
The location of the casale allows you to make day- excursions to the main turist destinations of Umbria,Tuscany and Marche.
Just 6 km from Assisi, 50 km from Gubbio, 24 km from Perugia, 170 km from Firenze and 180 km from Rome. 
The main house is divided into five apartments, three equipped with beds, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and central heating, wash machine.
Total beds number in casale: 24 beds 
Large front garden with garden and orchard and four hectares of land cultivated in part to olive grove (about two hundred trees) and arable land.
Next to the main house, also available for sale, is the caretaker's house, with bedroom, batroom, kitchen, living room and sofa bed, outside there is a large surrounding garden.
Total beds number: 4 beds
Presently the whole property (Casale and caretaker’s house) is a holydays house, with many enthusiastic guests throughout the year.

Gli Angeli:
Apartment in casale - first flooor 
The apartment consists of a living room with fireplace, sofabed and kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom and small terrace. 
Outside: parking space, barbecue and fruit trees. 

San Francesco:
Apartment in casale on 2 floors with private garden
The apartment consists of a ground floor with entrance, a large living room with sofabed and fireplace, 1 bedroom and 1 guestroom with sofabed and a bathroom with shower; in the floor below ground there is the kitchen with dishwasher and access to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 guestroom with singlebed.
Outside: parking space and a brick barbecue, fruit trees, large private garden with table and 8 chairs, 2 sunbeds, gazebo with table and 4 chairs and a beautifull mountain view of the Appennini.
Suitability: the ground floor is suitable for elderly or infirm and wheelchair accessible. 

Santa Chiara: 
Loft in casale - ground flooor 
The interior of the loft consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and 2 sofabeds, a bathroom with shower and a closet with washing machine and wardrobe.  
Outside: parking space and a little garden with table, chairs and barbecue. 
Suitability: suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible. 

San Damiano:
Apartment in casale on 2 floors  
The apartment consists of a ground floor room and of a room in the floor below ground, both with a double bed in the gallery, and of a understairs lumber room

The caretaker’s house is named Santa Maria:
 Indipendent house with a private garden 
 The interior of the villa consists of a veranda,a bedroom, a living room with wood stove and sofabed, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.  
Outside: parking and a large private garden with barbeque, table, chairs and fruit trees.
