The farm  is placed in a dominant position, with a 360 ° panoramic view of the Tuscan hills of the Valdera remained uncontaminated. It consists of an old stone farmhouse with a 12th century private medieval church. and from a historic large barn built at the end of the eighteenth century entirely made of exposed brick.

The structure consists of 5 large apartments including 3 in the main house and 2 in the large barn, with 3-4 rooms each. Each apartment is perfectly furnished with Tuscan-style furniture, including a traditional fireplace.
Another small building consists of the 40 sqm annexe, recently rebuilt with the architectural characteristics typical of traditional rural buildings.
All five lodgings are fully furnished and have a large living room with a traditional fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

The swimming pool serving the various apartments is located in a panoramic position and away from the apartments in order not to alter the peace of the place.
A covered parking and a playground for children play the farm, along with a park around the main buildings of about 10,000 square meters.

The village of Palaia, a charming and ancient medieval village in the province of Pisa, is located 1 km from our farm.
The farm is easily reachable thanks to its close proximity to the Pisa airport (35 minutes by car) and 10 minutes by car from the Montopoli of the FI-PI-LI.

The farm has about 8 hectares of agricultural land, most of which are forested. The main crop is olive grove with about 500 olive trees and a production of an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
