The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob and fridge, dish washer.
The two shower rooms are fully equipped with a shower, WC, bidet, wash hand basin, and plumbing for a washing machine.
The rooms are spacious and well laid out, taking full advantage of the beautiful views.
The best feature of this apartment is the large covered terrace, and upper solarium terrace with wonderful uninterrupted 180 degree sea views over the Golfo di Olbia towards Isola Tavolara. There is also a small private garden.
Every property in the residence is unique, very private, and no two are alike.
The apartment also benefits from a private allocated covered parking space.
There is also a a communal swimming pool, which is reserved for residents only. This is surrounded by an attractive sun terrace, and has lovely views of the bay.

The village of Pittulongu, is situated just 10 minutes north along the coast from Olbia. Characterised by its 1.5km long sandy beach Lido di Pittulongu. We have all the amenities that you will need, great beaches, beautiful crystal clear sea, local food shops, and a good selection of bars and restaurants along the beach. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the unspoilt interior of the island, the mountains and the many archaeological remains, whilst the glamour of the Costa Smeralda and the artist village of San Panteleo are only a 20 minute drive away. Available locally are facilities for cycling, trekking, horseback riding, tennis, beach volley ball, sub-aqua, windsurfing, kite sailing and boat hire.
We have the advantage of having Olbia and its airport close by. Olbia airport is well served with regular low price flights from mainland Italy and most European destinations. Transfer time from the airport is only 15 minutes. Olbia also has a busyferry port with regular ferries from the main ports of mainland Italy.
Olbia has a good selection of larger shops, a wide range of restaurants, and bars, along with its archaeological museum, roman and nuraghi remains. Unlike many other holiday areas along the coast this is a year round community, so if you do choose to holiday ‘out of season’ you do not have to worry that amenities are closed.
