The Farmhouse "La Perazzeta, Una Finestra sul Lago", is located in Tuscia
countryside , on the border with Tuscany, between Florence and Rome . It is
surrounded by Medieval and Etruscan towns : Gradoli, Bolsena, Civita di
Bagnoreggio, Pitigliano, Tuscania and Orvieto. At the edge of a wood it
overlooks an olive grove that gently slopes and leads to the lake shore. It
is 3 km. from the town of Gradoli and 1.5 km. from Lake Bolsena, both 5
minutes by car.
The famous Via Francigena passes just one kilometer from the farmhouse,
while the Tyrrhenian coast is 40 km away. For walkers, there are many paths,
both in the countryside and in the adjacent wood. Only 8 km. away, you will
find The Acquapendente Golf Club.
There are 6 rooms 7 bathrooms and a large lounge area available on the
ground floor.
