Traditional Italian stone town house of 180 sq m, fully renovated. The house is located in the medieval mountain village of Roccacasale with stunning views of the Peligna valley and the surrounding mountains from every window and especially the roof terrace.

The house is 90 minutes from Rome, 40 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes to skiing at Roccaraso and a mountain trail starts 2 minutes around the corner. It is in the Majella National Park and is perfectly situated for all of Abruzzo's other national and regional parks in a peaceful location but close to good transport links to Rome and Pescara.
