Taking E45 in Marsciano, in 30 minutes by car you can reach the airport of Perugia, from which you can go to Bruxelles, Dusseldorf, London, Barcelona, Bucarest and Tirana and to all the other cities in the world, with a stopover at the airport of Rome
The house still retains all its original materials, cotto, beams, and so forth. It has a 200 m² area covering 2 floors with possibility of a 100 m² enlargement
A stone-built house on two levels with gorgeous stone and beams; the walls are  in excellent condition and the stones are just plasted all outside, and inside at the first level. This stone-built house that has been restored overlooking the  magnificent countryside with olive groves and woods   is ideal as a holiday home. 
A project is here attacked where you can obtain in the ground floor:
  one living room with staircase from the previous stable, one kitchen, and one guest’s room with bathroom. The stone floor and the walls  downstair can be plasted with a very small expense, the owner is to your disposal for this. Both these rooms have beamed ceilings.  Starting the living room it is forecasted a  staircase leading the first floor coming out the small studio.

The house is dotted with about 1,5 hectars of olive growes and many trees with  excellent oil and very good quantity. There is also one large vineyard, now out production, but with excellent wine if someone like to have again its own wine
 The distance from  the village and from  the nearest agricultural house about200 mt, allow to enjoy the total quite and privacy. A pool can be built with  authorization
Access
The property has accessed directly from  its own pathway situated before the small village and   coming out the land of 1,5 hectars through the olive growes; so the privacy is preserved also during your movings

The views are gorgeous, looking out over rolling hills covered by woods and yellow oaks during the autumn.

Don't miss the position between ORVIETO and PERUGIA and near Todi,  this means  the opportunity  to  rent out  this country stylish home to the tourists, coming from the world  to visit these historic medieval towns. This property is a perfect holiday home - cosy in winter with wonderful countryside to explore yet close to many places of interest such as Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Lake Trasimeno.  There are several public swimming pools nearby and it is only two hours drive to either coast for a day by the sea.
