{"id":1662,"date":"2018-09-01T09:07:48","date_gmt":"2018-09-01T07:07:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/it.gate-away.com\/blog\/?p=1662"},"modified":"2021-04-20T10:40:51","modified_gmt":"2021-04-20T08:40:51","slug":"primo-semestre-2018-sempre-in-crescita-la-domanda-dall-estero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it.gate-away.com\/blog\/primo-semestre-2018-sempre-in-crescita-la-domanda-dall-estero\/","title":{"rendered":"Report semestrale Gate-away.com 2018: In costante crescita la domanda dall&#8217;estero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La passione degli acquirenti esteri per l&#8217;Italia non conosce crisi, anzi \u00e8 destinata a crescere!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo il report semestrale 2018 di Gate-away.com le richieste inviate nell\u2019intervallo temporale tra 1\u00b0 gennaio e il 30 giugno dagli stranieri alla ricerca della loro casa dei sogni nello stivale hanno continuato a registrare il segno positivo: <strong>+17,1% <\/strong> rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qual \u00e8 la meta preferita? <\/strong>La top ten delle zone pi\u00f9 richieste conferma l&#8217;amore per il Salento che \u00e8 in cima alla classifica con un +12,91% e il Lago di Como (-22,6%) a seguire. Qualcosa di nuovo bolle in pentola! Zone dello stivale meno note all&#8217;estero iniziano ad insidiare la classifica. In terza posizione troviamo infatti la Lunigiana (+21,91% ), a seguire la Valle d&#8217;Itria +9,44%, il Lago d&#8217;Iseo (+76,98%), la Maremma (+78,07%), il Chianti (+25,5%), il Lago Maggiore (+64,65%), le Langhe (+41,35%) e il Lago Trasimeno (+12,5%). Questo conferma il trend dello scorso 2017 che ha visto un <strong>forte incremento dell&#8217;interesse a scoprire anche tutte le altre aree della penisola fino ad ora meno conosciute.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebbene fra le regioni la Puglia sia in netta crescita (+32,12%)\u00a0<span class=\"ILfuVd\">\u2212<\/span> con Ostuni (+7,5%) che \u00e8 al momento la localit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 gettonata d&#8217;Italia e Brindisi che con un +27,57% \u00e8 la seconda fra le province pi\u00f9 ambite <span class=\"ILfuVd\">\u2212<\/span> la regina\u00a0indiscussa rimane la Toscana (+14,19%). In terza posizione troviamo la Lombardia (-1,75%), poi Liguria (-4,17%), Sardegna (+33,04%), Abruzzo (+30,66%), Sicilia (+24%), Piemonte (+27,74%), Umbria (+25,9%) e Lazio (+79,82%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quanto sono disposti a spendere e per cosa?<\/strong> Il valore medio dell\u2019immobile richiesto \u00e8 di \u20ac 362.053. Nella maggior parte dei casi (32,4%) deve avere almeno 2 stanze e meglio se con giardino (57,38%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma c&#8217;\u00e8 di pi\u00f9!<\/strong> In base ad un<strong> sondaggio<\/strong> somministrato dalla Gate-away.com ai 40 mila utenti stranieri iscritti alla mailing list del portale, nel 2017 il 49% degli intervistati ha dichiarato di essere venuto in Italia due o pi\u00f9 volte e il 62,9% accompagnato dai famigliari (si spostano in pi\u00f9 persone, ogni volta). Il 30% di coloro i quali vengono in vacanza \u00e8 interessato anche a comprare una casa e approfitta della permanenza nella penisola per visitare propriet\u00e0 in vendita. Lo conferma anche il nostro report che vede in testa alla classifica dei Paesi pi\u00f9 attivi in questo senso gli Stati Uniti +40,59%, Germania + 8,18% e Regno Unito +14,52%.
