Picturesque and sophisticated country house with an outstanding panoramic view of the hillside surrounding URBINO, is situated in the north of the region Marche, on a crossroad between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains.Urbino, an UNESCO world herritage site, full of history and art, the birthplace of Raphael, the Ducal palace of Federico da Montefeltro, stands as a symbol of the Italian Renaissance. The old university town and the periphery aolso offer the precious tresure of culinary splendours e.g. the famous truffle fairs of Acqualagna and St. Angelo in Vado.
The architecture of the country house is something special, with parts resulting from the 12th century. Formerly inhabited by priest, it nestles to nearby ancient "Via Flaminia Romana ". It has two floors, at present divided into three almost indipendent apartments, and offer a living spaceof approx 340 sqmwith additionally utility rooms, a double garage, a Pizza owen area with a covered terrace etc. The house has beeen completly restrucured, retaining the traditional character by utilizing old materials.
